Screenshots can help convey information to a friend or colleague, but what if you could quickly add an annotation that points directly to what you want them to focus on?

Requires macOS 10.13 or later.

No screenshot is perfect to be shared instantly. Using RICH Shot’s built-in annotation tool, you can highlight or hide specific parts of your screenshots as well as add annotations easily. Just click on the pencil icon in the Quick Access Overlay to edit screen captures in a JIFFY. See below a lit of available tools for annotation.

Rectangle - Draw a rectangle to highlight anything on the screenshot.

ellipse

Ellipse - Draw an ellipse to highlight anything on the screenshot.

Star - Draw a star on the screenshot.

Triangle - Draw a rectangle to highlight anything on the screenshot.
